It has slight discoloration which you can only see on the inside of the tent and has been treated, cleaned and sprayed with fabsil which maintains water-repellency. It does not leak at all water just runs right off. I also have a brand new bottle of fabsil 1 litre which I will add in for free. They advise to re spray every year depending on usage. Total weight 17kg, 4 x unzippable windows/air vents, complete with mosquito nets, can be put up by one person in 12 minuets.
